Exploration Briefs - June 2014

Cayden Resources is reporting positive results from an ongoing drilling program at the El Barqueño gold property in Jalisco, Mexico, where it holds an option to earn a 100% interest. The company is currently drilling the Peña de Oro target with two rigs, and, as a result of the success of the program, has increased planned drilling on the target to 6,000 m.

Exploration Briefs - May 2014

North American Nickel has initiated a geophysical survey program consisting of surface time-domain PEM and gravity surveys at the Imiak Hill Conduit Complex (IHCC) of its Maniitsoq exploration project in southwest Greenland. Crone Geophysics of Mississauga, Ontario, is performing the geophysical work.

February 2014 Exploration Briefs

Fission Uranium initiated at 90-hole winter drill and geophysical program at its Patterson Lake South (PLS) property in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin in mid-January. Drilling at the high-grade uranium discovery is focusing on further delineating the seven shallow-depth zones identified to date while working to eliminate the gaps between the zones. Additionally, 15% to 20% of the drilling will test a number of high-priority targets identified through geophysics and radon gas surveys.
