Mildred Lake To Hit Full Production by July

Syncrude initiated a repair schedule and return-to-service plan for the Mildred Lake Oil Sands facility following a mid-March outage that disrupted operations there, Suncor announced yesterday. The repair schedule seeks to restart pipeline shipments at approximately 50% capacity in early May. Full production is slated for the end of June.

Arianne Phosphate Selects FLSmidth

Canadian Arianne Phosphate selected FLSmidth as key supplier for one of the world's biggest greenfield phosphate rock projects, the Lac à Paul project in Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. Arianne Phosphate recently signed a memorandum of understanding with FLSmidth to provide all production equipment and engineering for its future plant, Lac à Paul, located 650 kilometers northeast of Montreal.

EPA Launches New Agenda at a U.S. Coal Operation
