Bernard Swanepoel
Steenkampskraal Holdings Ltd. appointed Mitford Mundell as CEO and Bernard Swanepoel as chairman, both prominent leaders in the South African mining industry. The Steenkampskraal monazite mine, one of the world’s highest-grade rare earths mines, was operated by Anglo American from 1952 to 1963.
